Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and condition listed below before submitting order and enquiry, so that you can obtain useful information in a timely manner.
 

Pick up / Delivery Arrangement

  1. Please arrange to pick up the sweets at our studio in Tsuen Wan.  The default pick up time is 12nn - 7pm.

  2. We can also provide delivery service. The delivery fee depends on the location and time.  Please note that you will have to pick up at the van.

  3. Please let us know if you need any special arrangement. 
     

Order

  1. We recommend contact us at least 14days in advance. As all dates are first come first serve basis, we cannot guarantee availability until payment of your cake order has been made.

  2. We craft each cake with care, so changes must be request 14 days in advance. Otherwise we reserve the right to not accepting any changes request.
     

Cancellation and Rescheduling of Order

  1. If rescheduling of pick up / delivery date is needed, please notify us at least 7 days in advance.  Rescheduling is subject to availability of the new pick up / delivery date.

  2. Cancellation and refund request would be accepted at least 14 days in advance.

  3. Refund will take 3-5 business day to complete.

  4. We also reserve the right to not accepting any reschedule request due to limited availability. 


Bad Weather

  1. Delivery service will be suspended once typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm is hoisted. Customer has to reschedule the pick up / delivery date to another date which is within 2 days of the original pick up / delivery date.
     

Storage

  1. Our fondant cake are supposed to be consumed at room temperature. They can be stored in the fridge (4°C) overnight.

  2. Before consumption, please leave it (inside the cake box) in indoor air-conditioned room for at least half hour.

  3. Our icing cookies can be stored in cool, dry place for two weeks.

 

Return Policy

  1. Goods will not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

  2. Upon receipt of the item, customer or the recipient shall inspect and confirm the contents and conditions of the item. The title and risk of loss or damage to item shall pass to customer at that time.

  3. Customers are required to store food in accordance with the instructions. The company is not responsible for any appearance or quality problems caused by improper storage.

  4. However, unless there is a problem with the food quality at the time of receipt. Otherwise, if there is a dispute over the appearance or design, the goods will not be returned or exchanged. Please check clearly when you pick up the goods.

 

Update of terms and conditions

  1. We reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time with or without prior notice, all changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website You are hereby invited to check each time you visit the website. Your continued use of the website thereafter constitutes your agreement to all such changes.

 

Miscellaneous

  1. The price of our works is not based on weight. It mainly depends on the design requirement and size.

  2. Please note that the cake/cookies are handmade, it is very likely that the colour and look of the cake/cookies vary slightly from the reference photo. The product photo is for reference only.

  3. The company is not responsible for all legal problems and losses caused by the company's services or products.

  4. By submitting order, you agree to accept the terms and condition.

  5. In case of disputes, the decision of Sugary Art shall be final and binding.

取餅及送貨安排

  1. 請您安排到荃灣工作室取餅,請事先預約時間 : 中午12時至下午7時

  2. 我們也可以安排送貨服務,因應送貨地點及時間提供報價,請留意您需到車邊取餅。

  3. 如需要特別安排請盡早查詢。
     

訂購

  1. 我們建議您至少提前 14 天聯繫我們定制。 由於所有日期名額都是先到先得,我們只能為已付款訂單保留名額。

  2. 由於處理訂單及製作產品需時,任何確認或改動需於至少 14 天前主動提出,否則我們保留否決要求的權利。
     

訂單取消或改期政策

  1. 如果訂單的日期必需更改,請你提前最少在訂單日期7天前跟我們提出改期,我們會視乎新的訂單日期還有沒有名額,才能決定可否接納改期要求。

  2. 如需取消或退款請於至少14天前提出。

  3. 退款需時三至五個工作天。

  4. 每天的製作名額有限,我們亦保留否決改期要求的權利。


惡劣天氣安排

  1. 如果天文台掛上8號風球或黑色暴雨警告,我們的送貨服務將會暫停。客人需要改期至原訂日期兩天內取餅。
     

蛋糕/曲奇存放

  1. 我們的翻糖蛋糕都是要在室溫享用,可以連同蛋糕盒在雪櫃(4°C)存放一晚。

  2. 食用前請連同蛋糕盒放到室溫中回溫至少半小時。

  3. 我們的糖霜曲奇可於乾爽環境中存放兩星期。

 

退換貨政策

  1. 貨物出門,恕不退換。

  2. 收貨時,由顧客或收貨人檢查訂購商品之內容及狀況,收貨後,物品的所有權、損失及損壞風險會此時一併轉由顧客承擔。

  3. 顧客需依照指示存放食物,如因存放不良引致食物出現外觀或質量問題,本公司一概不負責。

  4. 除非收貨時食物質量出現問題,如發霉,否則如有外觀或設計上的爭議,貨物一概不設退換,請於取貨時檢查清楚。

 

條款更新

  1. 在給予或不給予事先通知下,本公司保留隨時更新本條款的權利,任何更改於本網店發佈時,立即生效。請閣下在每次瀏覽本網店時,務必查看此條款。如閣下繼續使用本網店,即代表閣下同意接受更改後的條款約束。

其他

  1. 我們作品的價錢不是以重量計算價錢,主要視乎設計要求及成品大小。

  2. 所有成品都是人手製造,每次不盡相同,製成品有機會跟參考圖有輕微差別。留意圖片只作參考用。

  3. 所有因為本公司的服務或產品而引起的法律問題,損失,本公司一概不負責。

  4. 提交訂單表示你同意這頁的條款。

  5. 如有任何爭議,Sugary Art Limited保留最後的決定權。
